Patients with Active Health Insurances (that our practice participates with):

• We will bill the patient’s insurance for the visit, as well as for any tests that are needed during the visit.
• If the test is not covered by the insurance, the patient will have the option to pay with cash or card for the test.

Patients that do not have insurance or participate with insurances that the office does not accept:

• Please refer to our price list for individual pricing options for office visits and radiology testing.
